Tips to get the most by attending the conference
Plan your elevator-introduction: Chart a minimal but effective description about yourself. This helps in introducing yourself within networking meetings and first meets. Also carry excess business cards with you, so that they come handy when in need.
Arrive in time: Plan to arrive before the time so that you get enough time to network with your co-participants. This also leaves you enough space to plan and schedule your conference events.
Keep a track of meeting times: Once you enter the conference, you will be furnished with the list of the events and their respective timings. Occasionally, there might be few changes in timings and locations. Such sudden changes will be displayed and announced at the reception. Check the display boards for any such updates at the Registration desk.
Badge it: While at the conference keep your badge safe. Badge is your entry pass to any event within the conference. Remember, No badge, no entry!
